Privacy Policy

The final policy will cover: what customer and business data we collect via WhatsApp, M-Pesa and the dashboard; consent and opt-out for end customers; data export and deletion on request; and a commitment not to use customer conversation data to train AI models without explicit authorization. It will be aligned with Kenya’s Data Protection Act and comparable regimes in other African markets.
